筒仓预应力筋长期损失分析

摘要: 参考混凝土结构设计规范与路桥规范(JTG D62—2004)中的预应力损失计算公式,对内蒙古红庆河煤矿筒仓中预应力钢绞线预加应力进行了长期监测并计算了长期预应力损失计算,得出预应力长期损失的理论值与实验值。通过理论值与实验值对比的方法,得出两种规范中公式适用于筒仓且偏安全。在损失中,混凝土收缩徐变与预应力筋应力松弛是主要影响因素且在早期损失快,同时依据实测数据可以分析出长期损失在总损失中所占比例。

Abstract: Through the long-term detection of Inner Mongolia Hongqinghe coal mine product warehouse in prestressed steel strand prestress,anddraw lessons from code for design of concrete structures and highway bridge rules in JTG D62-2004 which focus on the bridge of the prestress loss ,we were obtained the calculation formula of the large diameter prestressed concrete silo long-term prestress loss,and severally reached the theoretical value and the experimental value. Through the comparative method between the theoretical value and the experimental value, it is concluded that the formula of the rules is applicable to the silo and safer, at the same time, according to the measured data can be analyzed that the rules of the prestress loss of large diameter silo changes along with the passage of time and proportion of long-term loss in total loss.
